ASHA CEU

To successfully complete the course and receive ASHA CEU credits, the following needs to be completed by April 17th. We recommend bookmarking this page to make it easy to reference these instructions.

1. Register for the Symposium and pay for the ASHA CEU processing fee.

• Create a profile for VirtuallyPAVA
• Register for the symposium video access for $75.00 here. Before paying, return to this page to add the $45.00 PAVA ASHA CEU processing fee by clicking here. Check out and pay for your purchases.
• If you already registered for the symposium, pay the ASHA CEU processing fee of $45.00 any time before April 17th here.
• Your information will only be submitted to ASHA if you have paid the PAVA processing fee.

2. Complete the ASHA CEU registration form with your ASHA number, name and address, and any special needs requests

• Completing this form will register you for the ASHA CEUs.
• You will receive a confirmation email if you correctly opted in for ASHA CEUs.

3. Complete watching the Self-study Videos by April 10th.

• Video and Timings Videos eligible for ASHA CEUs are on this list.
• When you complete a video, a code will be displayed on the screen. Please do not use any codes announced in the session or used in the chat. Those were for the Hybrid event only.

4. Submit magic numbers for each session by April 17^th.  

• Complete the Codes/Submission Form Please use the email address you registered with.
• Confirm an ethics statement that you watched the full video for all the sessions you attended.
• You may submit this form more than once if you need at add videos.

5. Submit a course evaluation by April 17^th.

• Complete the Program Evaluation Form Please use the email address you registered with.

6. If you want a certificate of completion, please download the Fillable Completion Certificate by April 17^th and add your information.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to earn ASHA CEUs, you must complete watching videos by April 10^th and submit your forms by April 17^th.

Remember, ASHA CEUs cannot be awarded retroactively, so it is very important that you follow the instructions for earning ASHA CEUs. PAVA will submit a report of ASHA CEU hours by May 17^th. It may take several days after that for the hours to post to your transcript. If your hours have not posted by May 25^th, please email Louise Pinkerton at [email protected].
