Cancellation Policy

Organization Cancellation

In the event a program is completely canceled with no in person or asynchronous virtual option, registration fees will be fully refunded.
If a live event is converted to a virtual event, any difference in registration fees will be refunded.
If an event is canceled and there are some asynchronous virtual options, registration fees will be partially refunded based on the proportion of virtual events available.

Participant Cancellation

Full refunds can be requested via email 60 days prior to the symposium or 30 days prior to a standalone event.
Up to two weeks before the event, participants can email a request to convert registration from live to virtual. Most virtual events will be available synchronously and/or asynchronously after the event. No refunds are available for virtual registration after the 60 or 30 day cancellation deadline has passed.
Within two weeks of the symposium or one week of a standalone event, no refunds are available. Registrants will have access to virtual materials.
